Brunch Serve a big brunch that utilizes Christmas dinner leftovers
- Wild Rice Waffles
Nix the fried chicken… unless its just one of those mornings.
- Eggnog French toast
TIP: Sub the cranberry compote for your leftover homemade cranberry sauce
- Sliced ham
- Turkey Hash
- Make your own eggs
TIP: leave a bowl of eggs, cooking spray, a couple sauté pans and salt & pepper next to the stove
- Coffee, Assorted tea, and Juice
Lunch- Dinner alleviate stress by leaving these quick fixes out and encouraging guests to graze as they please
- Large bowl of Clementine’s and pears
- Slices of leftover cake next to an arrangement of assorted teas
- Veggie Frittata
OR Turkey chili
TIP: stick this in a crock pot on warm next to a stack of bowls, spoons and leftover rolls or corn bread.
Shmear slices of rustic bread with prepared basil pesto. Assemble sandwiches made with leftover roast beef, ham or turkey, top with jarred roasted red peppers, spinach and your favorite cheese. Leave them covered next to a Panini press (or cast iron pan) and a stack of plates for DIY when your guests are ready.
Breakfast- Cinnamon toast w/ coffee, fruit
Lunch- Leftover Panini and cup of soup
Dinner- Penne w/ goat cheese, kale and turkey
Breakfast- Oatmeal w/ fruit and nuts
Lunch- Last safe day to eat traditional leftovers, heat and eat for lunch
Dinner- Salmon w/ warm tomato salad
Breakfast- Cold cereal w/ sliced banana, fruit
Lunch- Grab a bite out, but make a healthy choice!
Dinner- Maple glazed chicken
Breakfast- Egg sandwich
Lunch- Chicken salad sandwich using leftover maple chicken from dinner
Dinner- Fun Friday, go out for dinner and have a yummy dessert!
