TIP: stick this in a crock pot on warm next to a stack of bowls, spoons and leftover rolls or corn bread. 
- Panini 
Shmear slices of rustic bread with prepared basil pesto. Assemble sandwiches made with leftover roast beef, ham or turkey, top with jarred roasted red peppers, spinach and your favorite cheese. Leave them covered next to a Panini press (or cast iron pan) and a stack of plates for DIY when your guests are ready.
